I am a practitioner of Holistic complementary medicine, a psychologist, life coach, homeobotanical therapist, flower essence therapist and wellbeing advisor. I offer wellbeing consultations supporting you with your mental, emotional and physical healthcare, using life coaching in conjunction with natural homeobotanical remedies and flower essences. If you would like natural Holistic help addressing an illness or balancing your entire system, contact me to find out how natural remedies can help.
I hold a MSc Psychology, MA Psychoanalysis, Diploma in Psychoanalytic Psychology, Diploma in Counselling, PG Certificate in Homeobotanical Therapy and Certificate in Life Coaching. I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS); British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP); Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH); and the Register of Homeobotanical Therapists UK & Europe. You can find my listing here.
In addition to my private natural health clinic, I work as a counsellor, life coach and wellbeing advisor. Previously I have worked as a mental health researcher within the NHS and with psychoanalysis research institutes in this country and abroad. I worked as a counsellor for the Blenheim Project, Breaking Free and The Stress Project. Initially I worked as a Naturopath and Massage Therapist before moving into a mental healthcare career.
I am a member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH), an independent professional body and register for counsellors, coaches, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists. The general public can verify with confidence that the therapist they are considering using has the qualifications they claim to have and up-to-date full Professional Liability Insurance. ACCPH profile here.
I trained as a Life Coach to bring my Homeobotanical Therapy/Flower Essence Therapy and Psychological/Counselling practices together. Life Coaching is the ideal way to integrate these therapies. I am interested in supporting clients who are seeking long-term change. You may want to start or complete a project, or find a new career or new relationship, or a new direction in your personal life or work life. With the help of a Life Coach you will feel supported and motivated to strive to achieve your goals and you will receive the practical tools you need to make changes.
Homeobotantical Therapy is a natural way to connect, integrate and support mental, emotional and physical healing processes. It is a CORE Therapy, which means it blends well with all other healing protocols, both naturopathic and allopathic, in the acute and chronic management of illness. I am a member of the Homeobotanicals & HomeoHerbals UK & Europe Register of certified Homeobotanical Therapists and you can view my listing here.
The ideal bridge between counselling, life coaching and natural wellbeing is being a Flower Essence Therapist, because flower essences work on the emotional level by subtly restoring balance to negative emotions. I trained at The Bach Flower School that is a member of International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, an accreditation board for Holistic therapists that provides the public with a body of regulated professionals checked by the IPHM.
I work as a Wellbeing Advisor for Weleda, an award winning multi-national company producing organic and biodynamic natural medicines, remedies and cosmetics, born of, embedded in and influenced by Anthroposophy. The goal of anthroposophy is the development of the whole human being. You can learn about Weleda and natural wellbeing on my Blog and my Weleda Shop. This natural health service is based on Holistic Integrative and Humanistic health care. Learn more about Weleda on my Wellbeing webpage.
