Life Coaching challenges you to live your best life. As your life coach, I will support you in your personal or professional development, in becoming more self-aware and clearer minded about your goals and the areas of your life you wish to improve or change. Whatever your needs, goals, problem or dream, I will work to motivate and encourage your aspirations, supporting you to activate, maintain and enhance your focus, motivation, creativity and positivity.
Life coaching is about identifying and cultivating the things that inspire, nourish and develop youself and solve your problem. The goal is to improve your life. Through life coaching, I support individuals to achieve their goals and realise their potential, resulting in optimal performance and improvement at work and in their personal lives.
A life coaching package usually lasts between six to eight sessions and focuses on specific skills you want to develop, problems you want to solve, and goals you want to achieve. Further sessions can then be arranged if necessary, but most clients achieve significant positive changes within eight weeks of life coaching.

We really don’t need to look too far around us to find what nature has to offer.
Walk & Talk life coaching can be helpful for people who don't have the opportunity to get out into nature very often, and for those who feel as if they thrive better when they do. Having supportive, motivational and therapeutic conversations with clients outdoors, either while walking, sitting in a wooded clearing or a mixture of both, adds a totally different and positive dynamic to the experience. Nature Based Life Coaching aims to help encourage people to live in state where they are living a life aligned to their true passions and values, achieved within the framework of walking and talking in nature. During our one-to-one sessions all we’ll need is the outdoors, a wild place to wander and maybe a path through the trees. This natural and relaxed foundation will afford us the space to walk and talk freely and engage in forward thinking goal-orientated conversations to help you reach personal or professional goals and realise and drive towards passions.
