Episode 1 of the Nature of Meditation podcast introduces myself and the podcast, the motivations and intentions for it and ways you can get the most out of it.
These recordings are created as meditative experiences, as well as a teaching, and are intended to be a meditation experience for listeners.
In Episode 2 I share my experience and understanding of the nature of silent meditation. This episode was recorded in advance of the January 2025 publication date, to coincide with the first United Nations designated World Meditation Day on 21st December 2024.
