This is the first Episode 1 of the Nature of Meditation podcast. The purpose of this episode is to introduce myself and the podcast, explain the motivations and intentions for it and ways you can get the most out of it. The recording was created as a meditative experience, as well as a meditation teaching, and is intended to be a meditation experience for its listeners.
In Episode 2 I share my current experience and understanding of the nature of silent meditation practice. This episode was recorded in advance of the January 2025 publication date, to coincide with the first United Nations General Assembly designated World Meditation Day on
21st December 2024.

In Episode 3 I provide basic meditation tips for everyone, not just for beginners, intermediate or advanced meditation practitioners, as meditation is not necessarily linear and progressive, but natural and organismic. The most important tip shared in this episode is not take meditation instructions too seriously, but take and leave them lightly in your own way and time. Good luck.
